GUIDELINES
FOR THE TEE TIME - DRAW COMMITTEE
GENERAL:
The committee is responsible for transferring requested tee
times from the chits to the draw sheet.
The Pro Shop is responsible for preparing
the draw sheets by inserting pre-arranged tee times - such as
Tournaments, President's time, Captain's time and Ladies
Captain's time, etc. The draw sheets should be ready by noon
Wednesday. It is helpful to the Pro Shop they be advised prior
to noon that the Committee will require the prepared draw
sheets.
COMMITTEE
PROCEDURES:
1. The committee, under a designated leader, will meet at
approximately 12:30 P.M. each Wednesday.
2. Members are assigned a day, given the
draw sheet and slips for that day.
3. Chits are then shuffled and placed face
down.
4. Taking the chits in order (ensuring that
the day is correct), the names are then entered into the
closest time available to that requested.
5. Three-somes have the same standing as
four-somes , however, two-somes have no standing. It is
suggested these be entered in a time slot and any other two-somes
matched with them. If no other two-somes materialize, then
they should move out to the last tee time available.
6. Any multiple requests for the same group,
on the same day, should be noted and the parties advised this
is not permitted. Any repeated multiple requests will move the
tee time out to the last available time.
NOTE:
Groups requesting successive tee times will be allocated tee
times only after 11:00 A.M. unless earlier times are
available. If you have any further questions please contact me
at 479-3635.
